General refers to her talent scout in the last post: Fifa 10 Manager Mode talent scout in Europe.
I was looking for over 4 years and must say, it is compared to Europe few good players.

Basics talent scout in FIFA 10 Manager Mode :
the scouts can be found at the point of transfer / Talent Search. Here you can choose between the intensity, position and location. The whole independent von dem Transferfenster, d.h.: scouten kann man immer :)
Generell ist das Suchergebnis abhängig von dem Skill eures Chef Scouts.
Die meisten, der unten aufgeführten Spieler, habe ich mit dem Chef Scout Stufe 10 gefunden. Hier lohnt sich auf jeden Fall die Investition, da mit jeder weiteren Stufe mehr Informationen über die Spieler und generell bessere Spieler freigeschaltet werden. Und mal ehrlich, wer will schon durchschnittliche Spieler scouten :)

Suchintensität:
Hier kann man zwischen den folgenden 3 Stufen wählen.
1. Schnellsuche (50.000 - 66.000) (*Kosten in Europa)
2. Ein paar Spiele (190.000 - 250.000)
3. Detailsuche (400.000 - 570.000)

FIFA 10 Managermodus !
Allgemeines und Vorwort zu diesem Blog:

Ich spiele meistens mit kleineren Vereinen und versuche sie über mehrere Saisons aufzubauen. Vor allem mit meinem Lieblingsclub MSV Duisburg . Deshalb wundert euch nicht wenn immer mal zwischendurch Bsp. und Werte von MSV Spielern genannt werden. Ob man die Einschätzung der Werte seines Lieblingsclubs für realisitisch hält sein mal dahin gestellt... :)

Generelle Ziele
Natürlich Titel :) Das Problem besteht darin, daß man es schwerer als sonst hat sich ein Topteam aufzubauen. Mit Real oder Barca starten ist ja öde :)
Von daher setze ich verstärkt in den early years to young players (max. 21). We benefited greatly from the value here and skill enhancement. But it should be obvious.
In further articles I put these players in more detail.

is my first impression is that it is more difficult in FIFA 10, the identify top talent. Lulinha is unfortunately not represented in the game, Vela and Altidore (still top) but were adapted and Walcott is probably no more reaching 99:)
As the player database is very comprehensive back, is this blog will be a long term project well!

If your still room im Kader und vorallem Geld habt, nehmt jedes Talent an das Ihr findet. Ich konnte bis jetzt jeden Spieler, den ich über die Talentsuche gefunden habe, gewinnbringend verkaufen. Grade für den Anfang sind Margen um die 500k großartig.

Personal:
Das wichtigste Ressort im FIFA 10 Managermodus ist imo der Fitnesstrainer. Der sollte min. > 5 sein, da sonst nach ein paar Spielen die Energie im Keller ist. Pokalspiele und englische Wochen frustrieren dann richtig.
Wenn Ihr mit einem kleineren Verein spielt ist es auch sinnvoll einen Mannschaftsteil gezielt zu stärken. Angenommen Ihr habt viele Talente im Mittelfeld, dann ist es ratsam den Mittelfeldtrainer zu erhöhen, da so alle Mittelfeldspieler mehr Experience per game obtained. Young players benefit more here than old ones.

Always selects the sponsor pays the most per win. The Fixbeitrag have you out quickly. If you do not often enough to win you will anyway fired:)

squad size:

If you still have room free player buys in the transfer market. This you can then immediately sell it, or treat as an investment and they dissipate in the next period as Profitable:)

Sells and buys the worst players you better free players. bring grains with values 50-60 you nothing!
